Arrival
Bring your pet in at your scheduled time. There's no waiting room full of barking dogs — you'll head straight to a private suite.
Consultation
A quick chat about your pet's coat, any problem areas, and what you'd like out of the visit before grooming begins.
Bath & Groom
Your pet's full one-on-one session — bathed, dried, brushed, and groomed at a calm, unhurried pace in their own private suite.
Pickup
We'll text or call when your pet is ready, along with a quick note on how the visit went. Leave with a relaxed, freshly-groomed pet.
