GG's Groomaroo started with a simple idea: grooming shouldn't feel like a factory line. Grace, a veteran and lifelong animal lover, saw too many dogs come home from "efficient" salon-style groomers stressed, overstimulated, or handled by whoever was free that hour.
So she built something different in Charlotte, Michigan — a one-on-one, appointment-only studio where your pet gets a private suite, an unhurried pace, and the same groomer every single visit. No cage-drying rows of barking dogs. No being passed between three different staff members. Just one dog (or cat), one groomer, one calm room.
The name "Groomaroo" is a nod to keeping things a little playful, even when the philosophy behind it is serious: every pet deserves to be treated like family, not like a number on a schedule.
